TEQBALL – RULES & REGULATIONS

Introduction
Teqball is a football-based sport, played on a specially-curved table (the Teq table), which is attracting a new generation of athletes and amateur enthusiasts (teqers), whose ambition is to develop their technical skills, concentration and stamina. The sport, which was created in Hungary in 2012 is a truly gender-equitable game, as the rules define that teqball shall be played between two (singles) or four players (doubles), irrespective of gender. The sport follows a points-based scoring format and can be played on various surfaces such as sand, acrylic or indoors. Teqball allows players a maximum of three touches before returning the ball to the opponent, so if you can juggle a football three times, you will excel at teqball as well. Teqball is the purest use of a football, with the rule of no physical contact allowed between the players, or between the players and the table, helping eliminate the risk of impact injuries.

Table volleyball, a new sports innovation is based on the foundations of volleyball.
Using the idea of the curved table we created a sport which can be played by anyone, anytime, anywhere regardless of age and gender, both indoors and outdoors. We combined the advantages of the innovative and multifunctional TEQ™ table with the basic elements of volleyball and took it to the next level by creating its own rules and scoring system.
Thanks to the diversity of table volleyball, it can be played both at a professional level and as a recreational activity thus giving the opportunity for all. Our ultimate vision is to create real value through this energetic and entertaining sport. We hope you will join us on this exciting journey!
Teqis is an innovative racket sport, which is played on the multifunctional sports equipment, the TEQ™ table. Besides its enjoyable and fun elements, it develops and demands such competencies from the players as focus, quick reaction, and technical precision, since the ball bounces differently because of the curved shape of the TEQ™ table. Teqis can be played indoors, outdoors urban, and on the sand, which makes teqis even more enjoyable and gives the players more challenges.
We recommend teqis to everyone with no age limit because its easy elements can be learned playfully. It is a perfect skill development tool for children and adults, it gives a solid base for other racket sports. Teqis can be played as singles and as doubles, in order to play, you will need beach tennis, padel or pickleball rackets, a 50% low compression tennis ball, a TEQ™ table, and a minimum 8 x 4 meters playing area.
Teqpong is an innovative racket sport exclusively designed to be played on a multi-functional sports equipment, the Teq table.
It challenges not only your physical skills but your focus and mind control as well. The curved sports equipment makes the game even more enjoyable creating various types of bounces whereby angles need to be recalculated and your reactions will be tested.
Teqpong is an excellent way to spend time for both professional athletes and those who are looking for a recreational hobby, regardless of age, gender, or level of skills. Playing teqpong can greatly enhance hand-eye coordination and also improve concentration and reflexes.
Players must use the same type of racket, creating an even playing field whereby you must rely on your own skills to get the victory. Enjoy the distinctive features of teqpong such as the thrilling ‘doublepoint’, a one-bounce serve, and the opportunity to volley the ball again if it bounces back from the net!
Qatch is not only a sporting activity played on a multifunctional sports equipment, the Teq table, but also a Quality Alternative Training Concept for Handball.
Qatch allows the game to be creatively competitive, establishing a better understanding of in-game decision making and teamwork.
In this physically challenging game, two teams of three players throw the ball back and forth to each other in an intense manner.
What makes this new and innovative sport stand out, is that two players from the same team, the attackers, are at the same end of the table, while the third player, the defender, is at the opposite end among their opponents.
